1st experience · October 2012
MOT 10/10
Efficient service from the start, booked in very quickly on a day that suited me, offered to pick up and collect the car. £45 all in.
2nd experience · March 2013
Brake inspection 10/10
Full inspection of brake discs and pads and re-grease the brakes. Same great service, all done at my convenience. £30 all in.
3rd experience · March 2013
Quotation 10/10
Asked for quote for replacement disks and pads. Main dealer quote was £490, Arbow quote, barely over half that price! I know they’ll book me in quickly when the job needs doing.

Windscreen 10/10
Replacement windscreen (broken by stone chip from passing lorry). Hoped it wouldn’t be an insurance job. Main dealer quoted me “somewhere between £250 and £400” and didn’t know if that included VAT or not. Arbow did the job the next day for about half the price of the lowest dealer quote!
“I’ve got my 70,000 service coming up soon ... where do you think I’ll be taking it?”
